Biden launches New  initiatives to limit

1. Health care costs  -   Biden has proposed a number of policies to reduce health care costs,

such as expanding access to Medicare, negotiating drug prices, and cracking down on surprise medical bills.

2. Climate change emissions Biden has set a goal of reducing U.S. greenhouse gas emissions by 50-52% below 2005 levels by 2030.

He has also proposed a number of policies to achieve this goal, such as investing in clean energy, electrifying the transportation sector, and reducing methane emissions.

3. Gun violence Biden has proposed a number of policies to reduce gun violence, 

such as universal background checks, banning assault weapons and high-capacity magazines, and closing the gun show loophole.

4. Student debt Biden has proposed forgiving up to $10,000 in student loan debt for each borrower.

5. The cost of prescription drugs  Biden has proposed allowing Medicare to negotiate drug prices, which would likely lead to lower prices for consumers.
